Which postless format fits your project?
AY086 is a 1 mL platform with a 210 mAh battery and a listed 3.1 V output. It is an option to compare when your brief calls for a narrow device with one tank size.
AY118 combines a compact body with a display and 1 mL or 2 mL tank options. Its listed body length changes with the selected capacity. Confirm the display functions and final device dimensions for your chosen configuration.
AY050 uses a cylindrical body and a clear glass mouthpiece, with 0.5 mL or 1 mL tank options and a listed 320 mAh battery. Include mouthpiece handling and packaging fit in your sample review.
What to check in a sample evaluation
A postless layout alone does not establish oil compatibility. Share your oil type, filling method and target fill volume so the team can review an appropriate configuration. Evaluate the selected hardware under your intended filling, storage and use conditions.
- Confirm tank capacity, filling access and the closure procedure before planning a production run.
- Record the sample model, resistance and output configuration alongside your filling conditions.
- Review draw activation, leakage, clogging, flavor and consistency through the tank with your own oil.
- Check charging, mouthpiece fit and packaging dimensions before approving branded production.

Do you supply filled postless devices?
No. LH Tech supplies empty hardware for B2B customers. Your team handles oil filling; no cannabis oil or extracts are included.
Can I customize the logo and color?
Logo, color and available configuration changes can be reviewed for the selected model. MOQ, sample arrangements and lead time are confirmed for each project.
Which model should I use for live resin or live rosin?
Share the oil type and filling process first. Confirm suitability through samples with your own oil; the postless label or listed voltage alone does not guarantee compatibility.
