Dual-chamber vape hardware
Review two distinct dual-chamber all-in-one platforms for your next hardware project. Compare the chamber layout, activation method and device dimensions before choosing a configuration for sample evaluation.

AY116 and AY107: the practical differences
AY116 is a postless dual-chamber platform with a transparent body, display and listed 380 mAh battery. The reference tank options are 1 + 1 mL, 1.5 + 1.5 mL and 2 + 2 mL. It uses inhale activation and USB-C charging.
AY107 uses a slimmer body, a stainless steel center post and button activation. Its reference capacity is 1 + 1 mL, with a 300 mAh battery and three listed output settings: 2.8 V, 3.3 V and 3.6 V.
Capacity notation describes each chamber: 1 + 1 mL means two 1 mL chambers. Confirm the final usable fill volume and complete configuration with the team before choosing packaging or placing an order.
Confirm the controls before committing to a design
Two chambers do not by themselves specify how the user selects or activates them. Request a demonstration of the exact sample configuration, including chamber selection, indicators and any display functions. Use that confirmed behavior when preparing your brand's instructions.
The AY116 source sheet lists an output range of “2.3V–1.6V”. That value needs confirmation, so it is not used as a comparison claim here. Ask for the verified output profile for the sample you receive.
- Define the intended fill volume and oil requirements for each chamber.
- Check the filling and closure sequence for both tanks.
- Evaluate each chamber's activation and performance, including the switching behavior where applicable.
- Confirm the body dimensions, artwork area and package fit for your selected capacity.
Common purchasing questions
Does dual chamber mean the device blends both oils?
Do not assume mixing or simultaneous activation. The controls and chamber behavior must be confirmed for the specific model and sample configuration.
Can I brand a dual-chamber device?
Discuss logo, body color, quantity and packaging requirements with LH Tech. Available customization, MOQ and production timing depend on the approved configuration.
How do I request a useful sample?
Include the preferred model, target capacity per chamber, oil types, filling method and delivery destination. Describe any chamber-control behavior you need so it can be checked before samples are arranged.
