Choose a platform before finalizing artwork

Begin with the hardware format: a 510 cartridge, a postless AIO, a dual-chamber device or another all-in-one platform. Confirm the capacity, body dimensions, activation and filling requirements before developing packaging around it.

Branding an existing platform and developing a new design have different scopes. Tell us whether you need logo and color customization or a structural change. Engineering feasibility, tooling requirements, sample steps and production terms are reviewed for the specific request.

What can be reviewed for customization?

Our existing OEM work can include logo, color and voltage configurations where the selected platform supports them. Share artwork and finish preferences so the team can confirm the available method, placement and appearance. A change listed for one model is not automatically available on every device.

We also supply packaging such as paper boxes and foil bags, and filling jigs. Include these items in your brief if you want them quoted alongside the hardware. Oil filling is handled by your team; LH Tech does not provide an oil filling service.

From initial brief to production approval

1. Define the project. Identify the model or format, capacity, oil type, approximate quantity and destination.
2. Review a configuration. Confirm the hardware specifications, branding scope and sample arrangements with the team.
3. Evaluate samples. Test with your own oil and filling process. Record feedback and approve any revisions before planning the production order.
4. Confirm the order. Agree on final specifications, approved artwork, packaging, quantity, production timing and shipment arrangements.

Minimum order quantities, unit pricing and lead times depend on the model, configuration and customization scope. California stock is limited to selected items; confirm the actual model and quantity before relying on a local shipment.
